Swiss Economics, in a consortium with WIK Consult and SUMICSID, is assisting Bundesnetzagentur (BNetzA) in Germany in determining the general sectoral productivity factor (Xgen) for the fifth regulatory period (RP5).
The Xgen is calculated using the DEA Malmquist and SFA Malmquist indices and is incorporated into the determination of individual revenue caps.
