On behalf of the Irish Commission for Aviation Regulation (CAR), Swiss Economics conducted a study on the appropriate level of the cost of capital for Dublin Airport. The results of our analyses were incorporated into the 2019 determination of the price cap for Dublin Airport. Our methodology for determining the WACC was endorsed by the Irish Appeals Panel.
