TCB18 is an initiative by a group of national regulatory authorities (NRAs) in the Council of European Energy Regulators (CEER). The project is the largest regulatory efficiency benchmarking so far in gas and electricity transmission, delivering reliable cost-efficiency estimates and establishing a new regular cooperation project among the NRAs.
Swiss Economics is delivering all data related work as a subcontractor to SUMICSID.
