The Transmission System Operator Cost Efficiency Benchmark (TCB21) is an initiative by a group of national regulatory authorities (NRAs) in the Council of European Energy Regulators (CEER). The project follows TCB18 and is the largest international benchmarking in Europe's Energy sector.
SUMICSID and Swiss Economics form a consortium that is supported by Engineers of DNV GL and auditors of PWC.
