ContactProject description
The European efficiency benchmarking for gas transmission system operators (e2GAS) is an initiative by a group of national regulatory authorities (NRAs) in the Council of European Energy Regulators (CEER). The project is the largest regulatory efficiency benchmarking so far in gas transmission, delivering reliable cost-efficiency estimates and establishing a new regular cooperation project among the NRAs, just as in electricity transmission. The project, following a feasibility study in 2014, is to be seen as a pioneer study where the data definitions, data collection and methodological aspects are emphasized.
Methods
- Definition of data templates
