Together with Prof. Winand Emons and Prof. Mark Schelker, Swiss Economics has developed best-practice guidelines on the efficient design of regulatory instruments. The report on the economic foundations and the guidelines may serve as sources of inspiration for the selection and design of effective and efficient regulatory instruments, especially in environmental policy.
