ContactProject description
Due to market imperfections, the current market design leads to suboptimal investment incentives in local renewable electricity production in Switzerland. Swiss Economics has examined various options for a Swiss energy association. We propose to strengthen the market design based on Guarantees of Origin (PoOs).
The proposal has been taken up by various parties and introduced into the current consultation procedure of the SFOE.
