Swiss Economics prepared two independent expert reports in a recent ICC arbitration case concerning a dispute over a distributorship agreement in the biomedical industry. Swiss Economics reviewed the statements and quantifications of the opposing expert’s report and prepared a separate, independent, quantification of damages. The Swiss Economics team, comprised of Dr. Michael Funk, Nina Schnyder, Tobias Binz and Seline Spillman, worked to support the Dispute Resolutions Team at Niederer Kraft Frey AG.
