ContactProject Description
In the context of a dispute between shareholders, Swiss Economics was engaged to review an existing valuation and perform an independent valuation of a portfolio of disputed assets.
As part of our review of the existing valuation, we assessed the suitability of the valuation methodology applied and examined the key assumptions underlying the valuation, including the choice of valuation approach, the application of key parameters such as the discount rate and terminal value, and the use of management forecasts.
In parallel, we conducted an independent valuation based on both discounted cash flow and market multiples approaches and carried out a range of sensitivity analyses and robustness checks.
