ContactProject description
Mergers that lead to a high level of market concentration can, under certain circumstances, jeopardise the functioning of competition and put other companies in the affected as well as upstream and downstream markets at a disadvantage. As part of this project, Swiss Economics supported a trade association in assessing the competitive impact of a merger project.
