Economic Advice and Swiss Economics have been commissioned by the German Federal Ministry of Finance to prepare a report on how the German economy can be protected against the systemic risks of terrorism and pandemics. For this purpose, concrete options for action are being developed and evaluated on the basis of a comprehensive theoretical and empirical analysis and interviews with experts.
