Together with Services Industriels de Genève (SIG) and the Office cantonal de l'énergie (OCEN), Swiss Economics is developing principles for deriving a ‘juste tarif’, deriving costing and pricing from these and supporting the canton in organising governance. The ‘juste tarif’ should be affordable, cost-based and competitive.
