The Swiss Federal Council has decided to comprehensively examine the advantages and disadvantages of a Swiss innovation fund. In this context, Swiss Economics has been commissioned by the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) to develop the basis for such a fund. The focus is on the analysis of already existing instruments in Switzerland, the identification of international best practices as well as the evaluation of possible structural and governance options.
Swiss Economics is leading a consortium with the University of St.Gallen / Dietmar Grichnik, Director at the Institute for Technology Management.
